Where do you operate?
I live in Massachusetts, I have access to many training facilities in the area of Boston, Cambridge and Medford. The goal is to open my own location to have as a MotherBase, while allowing other trainers in the area to have a space they can also work with clients in.

How much does the service cost?List Item 2
I have many packages that can accomodate your busy schedule. I tend to work with cliients 2-3x weekly, if you require more or less time this will adjust the price.

How long does the service last?List Item 3
Training packs are typically 10, 20, 30 sessions set at 2-3x per week. Extended packs can be put together, discounted rates will apply.

Do you only train bodybuilders?
One of my specialties is in Physique Coaching, but I use these principles to train regular folks who want to get in shape. You don't need to have a carved-out-of-stone physique if that's not what you want, but it can be a pleasant side-effect!
My methods include:
- Muscle endurance
- Balance and flexibility
- Strength and agility
- Cardiovascular health
- Muscle gain (as this will improve metabolism!)

I don't use steroids, can you still train me?
I don't particulary train anyone because of their use of PEDs, it's not a requirement. If you have questions of TRT/HRT protocols and such, I do have contacts with telemedicine clinics who can assist you with these questions with medical practitioners.

What about nutrition?
I'm pretty well-versed in nutritional coaching, macronutrient intake and many different eating protocols ("Diet" is too general a term). The telemedicine groups I deal with have dietitians on call to assist if you need specific support.
